Create New User Not Working

  • A WordPress Admin or Developer may want to look into this…

    Create New User (Author) is not working on my site. The latest WP and Theme version is updated and the issue continues. I’ve been in touch with my Theme company (Elegant Themes – Divi) and they suggested deactivate Divi and use Twenty Fifteen and deactivate all plugins… the issue continues even with Twenty Fifteen active.

    The new user email never arrives in the inbox when creating new User nor will new User appear on list. Is anyone else having this issue or know the fix?

  • I have multiple WP systems. Creating users is not a problem for us. It must be something specific to your system.
