Please don’t double post issues in the future. It only confuses things.
301 redirect errors don’t generally come from Business Directory. We don’t try in any way to redirect URLs aggressively like that. Other plugins you have installed may be doing something like that, and it’s also possible that your .htacccess has been modified by someone else (like a developer you have on your team?) to perform redirects if you changed the structure of URLs recently.
But this wouldn’t be coming from Business Directory Plugin.
If you want to try and find the source, I’d suggest a conflict test:

See if some other plugin is doing that. If nothing pops up there, what did you change in the last week or so on your site? No matter how small, it might be related…
