wordpress categories widget don't work for logged users

Assuming we are talking about the regular categories widget that is part of WordPress and not an outside widget added by theme or plugin, I’m not sure what to tell you here. That particular widget is used not only in testing but also on my live site with no issues. I’m not sure how the additional plugins you mentioned might affect that, but you may want to test without them to see if you can isolate the issue.
