Glitch with multiple CTA click ?

I have 2 campaigns showing on the homepage. They both have “Once CTA is clicked, do NOT show this campaign again for current session”.
The problem is when either one is click, and not the other, they both never show in the current session.
This like a glitch, does anyone have a way to fix it?
