I think it’s the new search widget since that breaks inline post search for links too :/

It’s really a bug.

The widget is changing the query parameter without any check. It break the WP search.

Fixed the behavior of the Dashboard or the administration panel.

I am having an issue with the category post type widget.

In the dropdown list it gives me the correct number of posts for that category. If an item in the list has one word like APPLES then it works, I click and the recipes with apples are displayed. however, if an item in the list has more words like Baked Beans, it does not work. Clicking the item brings me to a 404 page.
