Hi,

This sounds like a plugin conflict. Can you enable debug mode by going to MailPoet > Settings > Advanced? There should then be some errors displayed.

It looks like your theme is causing the errors. Can you send those error messages to the theme’s developers?

Yes, i’ll send error’s message but the developpers theme answer me : i can’t recommend you for any third party plugin as we haven’t assured compatibility of our theme with it.

Unfortunately there isn’t much we can do. The WordPress ecosystem is largely built on third-party plugins, so your theme’s developers will need to solve this problem.
