Updating my bridge theme has caused many issues

So, I have updated Bridge and Woocommerce to the latest version and my site https://www.minimnt.com.au has become non-functional.
Here is a list of what is no longer working:
– Trying to add an item to cart from product page, customer receives error “Please choose product options”
– Changing the variables (size, colour) on the product used to change the image and now it does not.
– The description and reviews tabs are not showing on the product page
– The logo at the top of the page is missing and only shows on scroll
– The links in the header do not change colour on hover
– The drop down shopping cart has the wrong font and wrong text colour
– The drop down shopping cart has the wrong colour cart button and no hover colour
– The shopping cart page has a number of error codes that begin with “Notice: Unrefined index…”
– The products are over three pages instead of just one
As you can see there are a lot of problems, if I could get help on some or all I would be so appreciative. My site was working perfectly before this update!
