"page not found" when submitting api key and site

Can’t say I recall seeing many issues with those results for the saving of the content, so I’m not sure what may be going on there.

Yes exactly, pasted in my API key and store ID, hit ‘save’ –> redirected to my sites home page.

Is it happening consistently? Or was it perhaps just a one time thing?

If you’re able to disable plugins safely, may not be a bad idea to try out as the only plugin active. If it still fails, then we know it’s isolated to the plugin itself somehow. If it works, then we can start re-activating intended plugins until we see it redirect again. At that point, we know which is causing a conflict of some sort and can better investigate.

I deactivated all plugins except for Woocommerce Etsy Importer and tried again, same results.

Eh? Woocommerce Etsy Importer? Are you trying to use https://omniwp.com/apps/woocommerce-etsy-importer/ by chance?

I’m suddenly curious if we’re talking about different plugins. If so, then you’re in the wrong place for support for that one.

The plugin I’m thinking we’re using is only hosted here on www.remarpro.com and at https://github.com/coreymcollins/Etsy-Product-Importer-for-WordPress

Sorry, you are right. The plugin shows up as “Etsy Importer” just like the name of this forum. My mistake.

Not a problem, hopefully they can help figure out your issue. Wish we realized this mixup earlier though, instead of taking a week.
