blog page is using page template! Help

  • My home page on my site powermonster.net is a static page and I have my blog on a separate page at powermonster.net/blog/. It used to work fine, but when I upgraded to 2.5, the blog page is using the static page template and I can’t get it to use the index.php. So now dates and comments aren’t possible. Any ideas?

  • what you are saying doesnt make sense because your wp is installed in your main directory and /blog/ is just a news page.

    I’ve always set my site up with a home page and a blog page and then in settings, I’ve changed it so that the home page is a static page and then the blog page is the posting page. It usually works fine. Until I updated to 2.5.
