    So, the multiplier when it is less that 0.01, this changed by the default value 1.

    But I need 0.0089, How can I do?

    0.01 = user need to pay 1% from original price.
    You cannot select less then 1% from original price. It is already you offer 99% discount to users. As alternative you can offer that product for free to users.
