Is my site infected?

Hey there,

hope you can help me.

In the root folder of wordpress i get a file named “cookie.txt”

Inside there is following:

[removed]

I googled it and found this: [removed]

Can someone help me please. All files seems to be correct. But the cookie.txt ist showing every time i delete the file.
