500 error

Hi there,
installed everything, but with testing, it connects to the some like fb and G+, but after the redirect it ends in a 500 error.
I emailed the developer, but he’s not responding. And I have not received my own question through google form back, so now I don’t have the initial 500 error.
Anyone has this error and hopefully a solution?
