How do I display a certain group of tags?

    I have a website where I display alot of vintage images. They all have a certain amount of tags in particular the year the image was created i.e. 1901, 1905. I do have the years displayed as a tag cloud but I have to keep excluding new tags that aren’t years every time I publish a post. Is there another way I can display the years without constantly updating the tag cloud, like some kind of code?
