After upgrading to latest version of WordPress (4.5) primary menu translations are not working.

Input fields are showing that Multi Language blue border left highlight, then I translate content of each item, for three languages (pb, en, es) and save it.

But plugin saves only current language values for the other two languages.

  • I have exactly the same issue. Everything works fine but the menus are only shown in the first language no matter what.

I seem to recall that the menu titles used to be in the format “[:DA]Danish[:EN]English[:DE]German”, but even if I manually enter titles like this, they disappear after sving the menu and it has no effect.

Now I’ve reverted to WordPress 4.4.2, drawing a sigh of relief… I don’t like losing business because potential customers cannot read the menu.

I have the same issue with WP 4.5 update. If you don’t edit them then they are fine but if you edit and save them then you loose the labels. Then you will need to enter them again with [:en] Language 1[:es] language 2. You can only save once if you save again then you will loose them again. Whats the cure?

    Found a permanent solution yet?
