how to add meta keywords meta tags

    I have made my first wordpress page and im totally new to this and i have one guestion. I hope someone can help me with this:-) How do I add meta keywords to my page so that they are shown in the source code?
    today it displays like this and I want to change name and content

    <meta name=”viewport” content=”width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0, minimum-scale=1.0, maximum-scale=1.0, user-scalable=no” />
