    Hello,

I recently installed your plugin. I tested it by publishing a test post to a couple email addresses and it worked. I added 5911 email subscribers. This morning at 7:02 PDT I published a post. The publish page crashed after 5 minutes and when I looked at the delivery report only 1036 out of 5911 emails were sent. Does the plugin have a limit to the maximum number of emails it can send? How can I prevent this from happening in the future? Is there a way to send the emails to the rest of my subscriber list?

    Thank you,
    Jun

  • I had a similar problem the first time I am sending out an email to a small (160) list. It crashed after 60 were sent. No “sent report” was created, but looking at sent mails, in the report summary, it shows the full 160, but if I go into details, only 60 were listed. I tried it again with 40 more which succeeded but then an attempt of 30 more failed. Not sure what is causing the crash but WP ends up on a 404 page when it happens. How can I avoid this. I was using “send immediately” mode if that makes any difference.

I am using WP4.5 and v3.1.2 of the plugin.

Same problem here! I tried to send to 828 emails, but when I published the post, the page crashed after a few minutes. The “sent report” states that all emails were sent, but my “Sent Mail” box in my email shows that only 127 were sent. I was using “send immediately” mode, as well. I am using WP 4.5 and v3.1.2 of the plugin. My email provider is Google Apps. I configured it with Postman SMTP using SMTP-STARTTLS to smtp.gmail.com:587 and OAuth 2.0 authentication. Please help!

    Hi,

Since, you have such a huge list of subscribers, it is advisable to use CRON job option instead of using send email immediately.
You can check in FAQ for how to setup CRON jobs.
