Top Bar Covering Menu Bar

Hey – Great plugin but unfortunately for a lot of people like myself, it covers the top menu bar of my website. Is there any way to have this stack on top of the menu bar or below it, but not covering over it? I was really excited to see the new update today but its still behaving the same way for me, and so I haven’t been able to use it. Thanks in advance for any help!
