Single post custom fields link

Hi everyone,

I am building a video website, with accompanying images and text for every post.
I have a custom field for the video, images and the normal text editor for text. I want to display each field only when the user requests it. So I imagine to have a link to each field on the posts loop. By clicking on the respective link, that field will be opened first when the single post page loads.

Is there any way of making this work? I am open to any suggestions on how to go about it as well.
