Problem in date

I couldn’t see the booking form only. However, the BUP shortcode could be wrapped with pre tag, let me know if that helps

Sorry I didn′t understand what you′re trying to say with pre tag.

The problem is that on the date dropdown has differences from the other two dropdowns, you could see on the page, and I don′t know what to do the make it like on your demo.
