UpdraftPlus Installation results in 504 Gateway Timeout

    Hi

    When I tried to install this plugin directly and from ZIP file, I got a blank page with a 504 Gateway Timeout message. Yet, the plugin is installed when I check the plugin page.
    When I setup the plugin and initiate a weekly backup and then log out. I get the same error again and I cannot log into the backend until I disable the plugin through FTP.
    Can you please give some explanation to the cause and solution?

    Hi,

    This error is caused by slow communication with the webserver. You will need to ask your hosts to investigate why this is happening, as I’m afardi that it is not something that can be fixed from the frontend.
