My blog image doesn't show up – page images ok

  • I have added images onto my other pages successfully. The image doesn’t show up when I publish the blog post – just the text. I have been googling for the past 4 hours. Can anyone help me please?

  • Is it surfacing as a broken image? Can you post the link to the page where its not showing up?

    It isn’t a broken image – nothing shows up at all.

    It looks like the image is uploaded, but in order for the image to also show up on the blog page (aka post page), often within a theme there is a place to designate a featured image for the post. It’s often found in the sidebar, or underneath the main post editing section.

    In order to find this, go back to the admin page where you created the post and look for something that allows you to choose a featured image.

    Thanks – I set it as a featured image and now it shows up. I couldn’t get featured image to work earlier. So now it shows up but it is a smaller photo than the full size image. How do I select the larger version of it?
