Recent Comment in the Blog Entry

I’ve looked around for the right plugin but couldn’t find it. I’m sure it exists. Basically I want to show the most recent comment, commenter’s name and a “more” that links to their comment within each post/entry.

Any help pointing me in the right direction would be much appreciated.
