Embedding Simple Advertising

  • Hi there,

    I’m wondering what types of SideBar Advertising You can use within your WordPress Blog – is it possible to carry the small ads like on https://ffffound.com ? I find these much less intrusive and I actually take the time to look at the and do click on them from time to time….
    I supposed nicely styled Google Ads word work too though.

  • I don’t see why not.

    I use small vertical Doogle adsense ads in my sidebar. And wide and low height ones in my header and footer php files. I got for the text ones, although I do sometimes put a graphic one in to show a change one in a while, so the readers don’t just ignore the ads.

    Basically, I use what ever fits, without altering my blog columns.

    I had to experiment with different sizes of ads for my different blogs.

    Not a problem, we all get busy.

    And good luck with google adsense. I found out, after signing up I shoulda read the faq files first, you don’t get paid until revenue you get is over 100 US dollars.
