    Hi croq,

Have you tried refreshing the page to refresh the stylesheet? Can you give us a name of a plugin that’s not displaying correctly and what’s not being displayed correctly? Thanks!

Same Issue. Messing up nearly all my pages. The WordPress dashboard even displays funky. If I disable the plugin everything restores back to normal.

Perfect, thanks for the example. Please let us know if it’s still an issue after upgrading to V3.7.12, it shouldn’t be hopefully.

Problem solved for me now. Thanks.

I am having the same issues, but it only happened after I updated to V3.7.12 this morning, everything was fine yesterday.

    Hi Js,

Can you try deleting and reinstalling the plugin? The error that you’re describing (can’t access any of the pages) sounds like a corrupted file during the plugin upgrade process.

All of the products, settings, etc. are saved in the WordPress database, so you don’t have to worry about losing any of that.

Does the product key I paid for stay saved as well? I attempted to setup a local clone of my site to make template and theme adjustments, but could not get the full functioning of UPC, even after i entered the key.

    Hi JS,

Yes it does. If there’s every a problem with it (your site moves, etc.), you can just shoot us an email.

I just deleted the plugin and re-installed it only to have the same problem! All of the tabs are visible on the settings page, but they are just blank pages after that. I can still view items in my catalogs, but I am not able to add any products, change styling, and so on.

    Hi JS,

That’s odd, would you be able to send a screenshot of your dashboard page to us via email ([email protected])?

Usually when the other tabs aren’t clickable, it’s because of a missing closing <div> tag or something like that, but we aren’t getting the same problem in our testing.

Sure, but do you mean the main Dashboard page, or the UPC dashboard page?

UPCP “Dashboard” tab if you don’t mind

For anyone who might come across this later, there was a function compatibility issue, which should be resolved in V3.7.13.
