Photos won't open

    Plugin made the directory \photo-gallery and put photos, but that photos wont be opened! This directory was blocked for change.

    Do you have restrictions on that folder? Can you please make the access to this automatically created gallery folder using ftp? If you are unable to do so on your own, please contact our support team at support[at]web-dorado.com to resolve the issue. Thank you.

    I re-create the folder and move photos from the old folder. Old folder removed. Now I have access to the photos and view from the folder. But when I go to my site with user-permission – photos from the gallery can not be opened. The problem is not solved.

    @krpvua77,

    If you can only access the folder when logged in- the lightbox opens up, this means that you need to change the permission of the folder to 777 for the users to see the images. If you cannot open the lightbox, then it means you have created not identically-named folder for the Photo Gallery to call the images from. You should make sure that in General Options>Images Directory is identical to your stated folder. Thank you.
