    Hello Greg G,
    I am sorry to tell you that this is not a feature built into HD Quiz, or one that will be added in the near future.

    However, if you are comfortable with coding then it would be possible to add this in yourself.

    You would need to edit results.php to include a PHP mailer, and you’d also want to edit template.php to add inputs for the quiz taker’s name so that you know who it is that completed the quiz.
