Is there any step by step Description of how to get the site functional?

    I am a beginner, and for my own Graphic Designing Venture I wanted to create a website. I have a domain and hosting.
    I was browsing through www.remarpro.com and found Olevia the best theme for my vision. I saw a live demo website and loved it. Now after I install and activate Olevia in my wordpress dasboard I see a blank white page.

    Now how to create a website which exactly looks like the demo website? If anyone has a step by step tutorial, which has all the necessary details, it would be really helpful.
    Because I really really want to do it myself.
