After the 3.6.0 update on my website displays this message on the Backup page:

Your server only has [ ] of disk space left which probably isn’t enough to complete a backup. Try deleting some existing backups or other files to free up space.

(with no text in the brackets).

I’ve switched back to version 3.5 and the issue is disappeared

  • The same problem here. Before everything was working fine. How to download previous version?

I’m sorry for the trouble you guys are having. We expect to have this bug fixed in the next release, though (3.6.1). Please let us know if it persists after that update, okay?

We’ve the same problem :/ Could you write when 3.6.1 version will be available?
    Thanks!

BackUpWordPress: от Human Made Limited – 3.6.1

Same problem here on 3.61. I can’t get to Tools/Backup since it only displays this message: “Your server only has 485 GB of disk space left which probably isn’t enough to complete a backup.”

I’ve updated the Github ticket so we can try to identify the issue. Please feel free to give us any additional information you can – https://github.com/humanmade/backupwordpress/issues/1063

Having the same problem, using 3.6.1.

Have plenty of space available, but the plugin page only shows:

“Your server only has XX of disk space left which probably isn’t enough to complete a backup. Try deleting some existing backups or other files to free up space.”

Cant see my old backups list, as that message its the only thing that appears. Also, I dont know if the backups are being done under that.

I am also still seeing this issue with 3.6.1. The list of backups is not shown after the warning message, so can’t use the plugin’s admin screen to download nor delete backups.

I manually deleted some backups, and the plugin still thinks I don’t have enough room. I’m only using 67% of the disk space.

Huh. Today, first time that I logged into the site, I could see the list of backups. I refreshed, and am now again getting the warning about too little space remaining and the list of backups is not being shown.

I know they are still working on this one over on GitHub and hoping to fix the issue for those of you still having issues.

Feel free to add additional information over there if you think it will help us in troubleshooting: https://github.com/humanmade/backupwordpress/issues/1063

    Thanks,
    Kat

Same issue as of July 23, 2016.
“Your server only has []of disk space left which probably isn’t enough to complete a backup. Try deleting some existing backups or other files to free up space.” There is plenty of space, and I cannot get past this message to do anything else.

Version 3.6.1. I bought the Amazon S3 version.
