FaceBook & LinkedIn count issue

  • Do you have a cache plugin installed? If so, could you please switch it off and see if it changes anything?

    Hi,
    Thanks for your reply.
    I have cache plugin installed… but I tried clearing cache several times… even I waited for 1 day but the it’s same… always showing facebook & linkedIn as ‘0’.

    Please see the below screenshot… it’s even after switched off the counter off.

    Please help.

    We uploaded a new plugin version which should have this fixed. Please update and let us know here if the issue is resolved.
