    Hi.

We actually added that dynamic switching in version 1.3.0 because it was causing a number of issues with our plugin, as well as the fact that special characters like that are actually removed/sanitized from the post type names by WordPress core itself. However, you’re not out of luck, as there is the “Custom Rewrite Slug” field that you can use that should handle it just fine.

    Hi

So I am doing this and it seems to be working, so far: used “espanol” as the slug, but espa?ol as the rewrite slug and espa?ol again as the archive slug.

Now my posts are available at mysite.com/espa?ol

Have I missed something, or did I do it correct?

Looks right as far as I can see. I can’t think of any other step you’d need to take for it.
