    Which browser you’re running now? Is it IE? If yes, could you please try it on another browser too, e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari and so on…

    The only reason remains your server configuration. We try to create a symlink on backup, but if it fails you won’t be able to download it using Backup Guard interface. Of course the backup is there and you can download it using your FTP client. The backups we keep in “wp-content/uploads/backup-guard” directory. If you want to fix this, you should make sure your server configurations allow symlink creation.
