Under Filesystem Security, it said it recommended that i change file permission for WP-Content to 755. So I click on the recommended action and had it changed. However, when I go to write a new post and click on “Add Media”, the pictures that are there, they are white out so I can’t click them and insert them into my post. Anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it so i can add pictures to a post?

Hi, changing file permissions for wp-content should not affect your images. That is a different issue.

Disable this plugin and carry out a test. If the above is true then some other setting in the plugin has caused the above issue. If disabling this plugin does not correct your issue then you know that something else is causing your issue.

Let me know what you find.

    Thank you

When I disable the plugin, I can access all the pictures. As soon as I enable the plugin, then it goes back to where I can not access the pictures

Hi, did you enable the following feature
Enable 5G Firewall Protection: located in WP Security -> Firewall -> 5G Blacklist Firewall Rules?

If you did can you disable this feature and carry out a test.

    Thank you
