VAT Not charged based on delivery address

    Hi,

    We have a shop that has not charged a customer VAT even though the delivery address in in the UK. (We have setup the plugin to use delivery address to calculate VAT)

    When we click on the address in the order Google is unable to verify the address, could this be the cause of the issue as GeoLocation shows UK was detected at checkout?

    Your help with this would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Ken,

    That doesn’t sound related to this plugin – this plugin doesn’t make decisions about how much VAT to charge. This plugin is to do with recording audit data. Decisions about how much tax is charged are part of WooCommerce core. Are you getting a different result if you de-activate this plugin?
