Allowing Hyperlinks in Excerpts

Hi, I want to ask you how to show links in excerpts. I tried many guides on internet and no solution worked.
There is also a plugin called Advanced Exerpt but it doesn’t work on my wordpress version (4.4.1) and the plugin will no longer be updated…

I need to enable an user to see and click on links contained in the post from the excerpt showed in homepage…
