Community plugin?

I’m fairly new to WP. Actually I’m migrating Aeropause from Movable Type to WP after using it for 3 years. Let’s just say I’m tired of MT not working!

Anyway I’m wondering if there’s a plugin(s) that implements a social community element to your site. That being Commenters profile picture, a Commenter profile that shows their own page on the site with all their comments etc.
