Search engine WP Job Manager

Please, someone would be able to help me with this problem:

I have installed the plugin “wp-job-manager” and the problem is that I would like the jobs to be found only after the candidate search the search engine by typing the keyword or local.

When I open the page that contains the item [jobs] this plugin automatically loads the list of jobs created by me, I wish it did not happen and that the candidate find the job only if enter in the search for keyword or local.

I need that jobs appear only if enter his name in the field keywords or local.
