Share Calendar with user on backend page

Hi i am pretty new to wordpress so here is what i am trying to do. I manage our community theatre website and i would like to create a back end page with this plugin calendar, where users (witch i will create and give credentials) can login and put their rehearsal schedules and i would like to see the user whom posted the event… what would it be the easiest way to do this? would this plugin let me do this? thank you so much for your help wordpressers
