Is there any way to create a button as a checkbox or radio button?

I just read this link https://contactform7.com/styling-contact-form/
But i cannot figure out how to create 4 buttons instead of a checkbox. I would like to have 2 buttons on the left and two on the right where people are able to choose one answer from.
