Plugin idea: improve the upload

Hi everybody,

I don’t know if there is the possibility to create a different upload method: now the file start upload when the user click submit and sometimes, when the connection is slow, Google Recaptcha timeout.

Would be great a different implementation, like as Facebook: I drag and drop the image and immediately the upload starts, so that when the people has filled everything and click send, everything works fast and there are no problems with Recaptcha.
