AMP points to the wrong url

  • Hello developers,

    i already checked all the other topics about this problem, but wasn’t able to find a solution.

    Example site:
    https://goo.gl/B0Y17O

    We have this permalink structure enabled:
    /%year%/%monthnum%/%postname%/

    (By the way – resaving didn’t work either)

    So you can visit our amp site via ?amp=1
    /amp/ is not working.

    But the problem is following: In our code you can see the amp link rel points to /amp/ causing a 404 redirect.
    <link rel="amphtml" href="https://www.privatklinik-schlossstrasse.de/brustverkleinerung-angebot/amp/">

    Wp Optimize didn’t helped either.

    So any other ideas how this problem can be fixed?

    So it’s impossible to fix?

    Before i installed the yoast solution, i was using the pagefrog plugin.
    Is it possible that this plugin messed the code?

    (It’s deactived in the meanwhile)
