Monthly Calendar starts on Sunday

This is definitely possible as the plugin calendar follows the settings from WordPress. To change that please go to Settings -> General and set “Week starts on” to Sunday, see screenshot https://screencast.com/t/HwUdCOgy.

This should display Sunday as first day of the week in your calendar.
