Change email content type to HTML

Did this ever work on your current hosting? This may be due to your php environment not having been setup with the appropriate configuration option.

Could you load and run this plugin:

Look for the dom section, about 1/4 of the way down the output. You should see about 6 lines with “enabled”. Usually they are. If not, ask your host’s techs to add the dom section to php config. Explain to them that you understand that you need it for html-type emails. They will know much better than me what they need to do to set up php.

I have installed the plugin as suggested but I am not able to understand dom section.
Can you please tell me where exactly I have to look for “dom section”?

Mine works, so if you have the same settings as me, then this is not your problem. If you have different settings, ask your hosts tech support if they can change your php configuration.

Actually when I check phpinfo page there is no DOM section as yours, but in server if I check its showing DOM enabled.

Do you know why am I facing this?

Sounds like the dom section needs to be included in the php configuration file so its available to php. You host’s techs will know how to setup php.
