Login via Frontend

    Hi JS SUPPORT TICKET DEV TEAM.
    On our website we have a frontend login/registration portal for standard users.
    I notice that JS Support Ticket redirect users to the “/wp-login” when they click on the “Login Button” on JSST control panel.
    How can we make JSSK redirect the user to your FRONTEND login/register page “site/login” and not the backend “site/wp-admin”?

    Hi,

    It is WP standard login form. WP not give separate login form for admin and front-end.

    In future we will add our own login form at front-end.

    You can use JS Support Ticket user redirect option. User will redirect to JS Support Ticket page after successful login.

    Admin > JS Support Ticket > Configurations > Login redirect

    Have you added a front-end login for JS Support Ticket. It still goes to the /wp-login so I am using the “guest can open a ticket feature”. I would like to make it so registered users can go straight to JS Ticket, login and create a ticket without having to login on the home page before going to JS Ticket.
