WYSIWYG editor malfunction after upgrading

I’ve upgraded my WP to 2.5
But, I’ve some problem with the WYSIWYG editor. When I trying to add an image or hiperlink, the box came up, but it’s blank.Check it: https://imagecows.net/out.php/i851_screen.jpg
what’s the matter? how to resolve it?
