4.4.2 Add Post utility bar and add media missing/not working

  • I’m currently on 4.4.2 and when I got to create a new post, the Add Media Button,Visual, Text buttons don’t work. Also the header bar with all the options within a post, such as font, insert link, etc, is all gone it is a blank header. I haven’t added a new post in about a month, so I’m not sure exactly when this issue happened.
    I’ve tried multiple browsers, and machines, along with clearing all cache, disabling plugins and switching back to default theme.

    I forgot to note. Many other pages are blank as well, my upload media page, doesn’t display and photos. I also tried re-installing.
