unable to access website. unable to login

  • I am suddenly unable to access my website: https://thevinepress.org I receive a 404 error message.

    Last night it was working fine, tonight it is not working.

    I am unable to login- www.remarpro.com says that there is no account with my email although I have been using it for the past 5 months.

    I can logon to wordpress.com but cannot access site. Possible jetpack problem but I am not able to access anything to be able to correct it.

    This seems very strange. I no nothing about coding.

    I’ve tried to look through some forums for help but nothing is working.

    Any help would be appreciated!

    you mentioned wordpress.com > there is a different support area for that program

    -if you are having trouble with login for a self-hosted website using WordPress then you can try a few of these methods.

    -if you can get into your database via PHPmyAdmin you can check the options table too to see if the domain name is still matching.

    -check webhosting account and domain name to be sure they are still active

    Thank you for the suggestions.

    I am not able to reset my password because www.remarpro.com does not even recognize my user name or email.

    When I went to bluehost to try to login through wordpress that way, it says that I have not even installed wordpress onto the site. It’s as if the whole thing just disappeared.

    How do I access my phpmyadmin? This is all so new. Thank-you for your help.

    Other info that might be helpful in future:
    If your website is hosted on Bluehost, contact the support team at Bluehost so they can guide you to to find Cpanel+PHPmyAdmin areas in your account.

    Do you have a back of your website?
    Are you the direct owner of the domain name thevinepress.org?

    Hi, I’m having a similar problem. I was editing a page with a couple of tabs open and then the site stalled. Now I can’t load my site or admin page at all; it keeps timing out. Been this way an hour; I don’t believe it’s my server or host.

    Any ideas?
