    I have checked woo-extra-cost 1.1.3 it’s working fine. Our Woo-commerce version 2.2.5 and WordPress version 4.4.2 Please provide which extra cost WordPress or wocommerce version you used in your site.

    Since long time didn’t received any feedback looks like resolved.

    Facing similar issue.

    Woocommerce: v 2.6.6
    WP: v 4.6.1

    Can`t figure out the problem – deleted the plugin after 2h of “using”.
    So i’ve created my own small plugin to add an extra fee on some products/cart.
