Can’t delete anything, no error but the item is still there

I am unable to delete items, only add new ones.

I can add a post, a link, a category, etc, but if I try to delete any of them nothing happens.

I don’t get an error, in fact I get a “Success” message but when I refresh the item is still there.

Why is this happening?

PS: I deactivated all my plugins
