Does not work with buddypress

I am running buddypress on multisite installation, everything works, but buddypress does not work with this plugin.
My buddypress emails goes with different template, and sender, [email protected]. While other mails goes with my custom email, [email protected] and the template I set on this plugin.
Any work around for buddypress compatibility?
