Login page doesn't work!

  • I am trying to login on WordPress, and have miniOrange installed. I put in username and password correctly, and got the acceptance link in my e-mail, which I clicked to accept.

    So WordPress returned to the login page where I entered my username and password again, but when I enter them the page blinks for a fraction of a second and then doesn’t change. I tried doing a password change, but I still get the same result. Help!

    The plugin does not make any change to the process of login using username and password in WordPress. Did you deactivate miniOrange plugin to check if login is working?

    How do I deactivate the plugin without logging in on WP?

    You can do that through FTP access to your website directory. Go to wp-content/plugins and rename miniOrange plugin folder to miniorange-login-openid1. This would deactivate the plugin.

    Does login work after this step?
